Events Venue in Bowling Green, KY

We’re the perfect hosts if you desire a memorable location for your upcoming event! The Potter Farm Events Venue is here for everything from Weddings to Baby Showers to Family Reunions to Company Meetings and more! Available seven days a week from April through November, our grounds are located minutes outside Bowling Green, KY, and are easy to access from highways and major roads.

What Is Included

We highlight important aspects of The Potter Farm Event Venue and what to expect when selecting our location for your upcoming event. If you don’t see an answer to your question, please contact us!

Sitting on 20 acres of land, the historic Potter Farm is a beautiful, well-kept property. Between spacious lawns, large trees, and white fences, the property is the perfect setting for events of up to 300 people. Our main building includes a large event barn, and two connected patio areas that are perfect for entertaining all day.

We include the use mahogany chairs, nine farmhouse tables, up to 30 round tables, and ivory tablecloths for the rounds.

We also have whiskey barrels for decor, along with buffet and cake tables, all available for your use. View our pricing.

We’ll be on the grounds to help with any questions you or your event planner have on the day of the event. We will not impose, but are nearby if you need anything.

We require the renter to hire a licensed and insured caterer for any food services. We do not have a kitchen for food preparation. View our recommend catering vendors.

You can serve liquor at your event as long as you hire a licensed/insured bartender or bartending catering services. We have a few companies we recommend. They provide excellent service and offer discounted prices through partnerships with local liquor stores. The good news is you get to purchase your alcohol, and we are not the middleman.

You are responsible for returning the venue as you found it.

We offer two cleaning options: you may either pay a refundable cleaning deposit and handle all the cleanup yourself, or you may pay a cleaning fee, and we’ll take care of it for you.
