Absolutely! We love showing off this beautiful place.

We try to make our schedule available when you are free to see the venue.

April to November of every year with the peak season/months being June, September and October. So if you are thinking of having your event during those peak months then lets get that scheduled. We schedule up to 24 months in advance.

We handle the setup of tables and chairs. We do not “flip” them during the event. If you require a flip of locations during the event, one of your approved vendors may handle that. You must completely clean up and place all trash in the provided dumpster.

We have a beautiful bridal cottage, huge parking lot, outside fireplace, outside area at the end of the barn for bands or way cool extra dance floor, up lighting galore, 20 acres of grounds with lovely locations for outdoor weddings ceremonies /events, and with dozens of awesome photography spots – from a fountain to fences to trees!

Easy access to the venue – being only 10 minutes south of Bowling Green and of I65 exit and only 55 minutes north of Nashville.

Yes, there are multiple places to hold wedding ceremonies. There are several lovely spots on the grounds where we can set up arbors, chairs, church pews, etc. Let your dreams imagine the setting! You can also hold the ceremony inside the barn with your décor creating your magical atmosphere.

We always help you develop a Plan B. For example, if you planned a wedding outside and the weather is in question, we can move inside the barn, which has more than enough space for the ceremony. We can also help you arrange for a tent rental as an option. We have until 8:00am the day of the event to move the ceremony inside the barn.

Yes. People love our farm tables. They are so lovely by themselves and only require minimum decorations on the tables if you choose to show the awesome wood. But if the more formal look is your style, we have some beautiful tablecloths with traditional tables. You dream of the look, and lets make it happen! The buffet tables are also perfectly located, and many people use them as part of their arrangements/floor plan. We have 20 whiskey barrels that can be used in many different ways! Use them as outside standing tables during a cocktail hour, use them to place décor items to have special touches around the barn, or put a tabletop on the barrels and use them as your cake table, etc.

You can serve liquor at your event as long as you hire a licensed/insured bartender or bartending catering services. Here is who we recommend.

In general, you should hire an insured caterer for your food service. We do not have a kitchen for food preparation. Here’s who we recommend.

A 33% payment is required to reserve your date and remove it from our booking calendar

We will book up to 24 months in advance.

You can go South Nashville Road/31W, then east/left on Richpond road for about 1 mile. Or South on Three Springs Road (just off I65 Scottsville Road Exit) until you reach Richpond Road where you turn west/right. Just ¾ a mile to the Venue! The Parking lot is located off Bettersworth Road, just behind the venue barn.

Yes, our venue is fully insured. However, we do require our couples to get “Day Of” or “Event Insurance” with a Potter Farms list on the certificate. Event Insurance is easy to get (we can provide you with some options) and generally cost $150-$200.

Our cancelation policy is detailed in our contract and is completely reviewed with you before you make any payments. In general, your payment to secure the date is a payment and is not refundable, as we will remove the date from our calendar. You are required to pay a cleaning deposit which is fully refundable.

We do not have A/C but we have several large fans for the barn which provide great breeze and also have 8 patio style floor heaters if the evening turns chilly.
