The Potter Farm Events Venue hosts weddings and events from April through November. You can book any day of the week or reserve the entire weekend. Reserve your spot up to 24 months in advance. The entire weekend rentals:
Begin on Friday at 11:00 a.m. and end on Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
This includes the use of the historic 1886 barn, venue grounds, white ceremony chairs, mahogany reception chairs, 10 farmhouse tables, up to 30 round tables, ivory tablecloths for the rounds, white arbor, whiskey barrels, buffet tables, and the bridal cottage & grooms’ quarters (aka bunkhouse) for getting ready and up to 4 guests each overnight on Friday/Saturday.
Single 12 hour day rentals are Friday OR Saturday OR Sunday rental of the venue:
Begin on the day at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m.
This includes the use of the historic 1886 barn, venue grounds, white ceremony chairs, mahogany reception chairs, 10 farmhouse tables, up to 30 round tables, ivory tablecloths for the rounds, white arbor, whiskey barrels, buffet tables and the bridal cottage & grooms’ quarters (aka bunkhouse) for getting ready Single day rentals will be on a limited basis especially during the Peak Season.
The single 12 hour day, rentals are for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday OR Thursday rental of the venue:
Begin on the day at 11:00 a.m. and end 11:00 p.m.

The venue rental for an event (i.e. corporate party, baby shower, Birthday Party etc) single day rentals either 4 hours or 8 hours.
This includes the use of the historic 1886 barn, venue grounds around the barn, mahogany chairs, 10 farmhouse tables, and up to 30 round tables, whiskey barrels, and buffet tables.
Available April through November.
