Our historic barn can hold up to 300 guests. So if you are dreaming of an outdoor ceremony and reception on beautiful grounds or inside our fabulous barn – We are the perfect location!

Potter Farm sits on 20 acres of grounds with lovely locations for outdoor wedding ceremonies. Plus, dozens of excellent photography spots – from the fountain to fences to trees!
The main buildings include a beautiful bridal cottage, grooms’ quarters, and reception barn that can hold up to 300 people. We have a huge parking lot, an outside fireplace, an outdoor patio areas connected to the barn for bands, cocktail hour, or a cool extra dance floor.
We include the use of white ceremony chairs, mahogany reception chairs, nine farmhouse tables, up to 30 round tables, and ivory tablecloths for the rounds. We also have whiskey barrels for decor, along with buffet and cake tables, all available for your use. View our pricing.
Potter Farm has multiple ideal spots on the grounds where we can set up arbors and chairs for your wedding ceremony. Let your dreams imagine the setting! You can also hold the ceremony inside the barn with your décor, creating a magical atmosphere.
We will have the venue ready and the table/chairs laid out according to your pre-arranged floor plan. We are not wedding coordinators. We strongly encourage you to have someone in charge of coordinating the day of your event.
We are around to help with any questions your wedding coordinator might have. Since we rent the venue to you, we stay close by, but not in the way.
You can serve liquor at your event as long as you hire a licensed/insured bartender or bartending catering services. We have a few companies we recommend. They provide excellent service and offer discounted prices through partnerships with local liquor stores. The good news is you get to purchase your alcohol, and we are not the middleman.
We require the renter to hire a licensed and insured caterer for any food services. We do not have a kitchen for food preparation. View our recommend catering vendors.
We offer popular add-ons our couples love. You can rent multiple different arbors, ranging from rustic to crosses to elegant white floral arches. We also have a wide variety of tablecloths, runners, and chargers to perfectly match the aesthetic of your day.
You are responsible for returning the venue as you found it.
We offer two cleaning options: you may either pay a refundable cleaning deposit and handle all the cleanup yourself, or you may pay a cleaning fee, and we’ll take care of it for you.
